Add-on to optimize the logistical execution in SAP
The logistics within an industrial company should have uncomplicated structures and ensure punctual deliveries. The overview of the entire delivery process and the optimal compliance with the delivery agreements while minimizing costs often becomes a conflict.
LEO makes picking and the reduction of shipping processes efficient.
For each customer, the delivery can be limited to one or more specific picking days using control tables in SAP. In addition, the results of the availability check can be evaluated in the course of entering the customer order. If the desired order quantity is not covered, an exception message is issued. Taking into account the master data stored for the customer regarding the delivery agreements (delivery times and penalties), the amount of the contractual penalty is determined and displayed to the clerk.
