In times of progressive digitization and the disappearance of cash, not least because of the corona pandemic, online payment services are becoming increasingly important.
Integration in the payment run
The payment advice notifies the buyer when an open invoice has to be paid and under what conditions. Depending on the customer, payment advices are sent for each payment or only for payments that combine several invoices.
GOpus bumps over one direct integration into the payment run in SAP and automatically sends the corresponding message.
The payment run is processed using transaction F110. In the SAP standard, you can trigger the printing, enveloping and sending of the payment advices by post. We offer you GOpus® Payment Advice a comprehensive solution for mailing your payment advice directly via your SAP ERP or S/4HANA system. GOpus automatically triggers the corresponding message via direct integration into the payment run.
