GOpus® eDelivery

Efficient electronic delivery data transmission
for SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA

The finance ministries of various countries, such as Romania, Turkey or India, monitor the transport of goods on their territory through their national tax and customs administrations. This also affects rail transport if the onward transport within the country takes place by road. The aim of introducing these systems is to curb tax evasion, reduce the VAT gap and prevent illegal trade.

With our SAP solution GOpus® eDelivery you will receive the right solution and integrate the creation of the XML message, the dispatch and the monitoring of the delivery data directly into your SAP system. All delivery and transport data and XML formats are supported worldwide. The processes and regulations of the respective country that requires electronic shipment information are taken into account.

How fworks GOpus® eDelivery?

The solution creates a structured file based on an SAP delivery document and sends it to the respective country portal for authorization.

  • The machine-readable data structure is filled in SAP with the necessary delivery data and is part of the SAPSCRIPT, SMARTFORMS or Adobe Interactive Forms print program in the (NAST) message control or in the BRF+ Output Management of SAP SE.
  • Delivery-specific fields and requirements can be individually adapted and adopted by the customer through subclasses and redefinable methods.
  • The delivery data (XML format) is sent to the country portal (e.g. to the Romanian ANAF portal). The respective system generates a code for this purpose as soon as the transport of goods has been reported, which GOpus® eDelivery was generated for each SAP SD delivery document. The ID returned by the portal is stored for each SAP SD delivery document and can be clearly displayed on any goods transport document.
  • Monitoring of all digital outgoing messages with the GOpus® eDelivery Monitor including numerous functions, e.g. message processing before sending, forward navigation in master and document data, display of status information (e.g. message status, shipping status), master data, document information, portal information (ID, date, time), archived objects and much more.
