GOpus® partnership with ic solution

Dear SAP users, 

Orders from our customer Westphalia are now also going to the cloud! Westfalen is one of the leading providers of hydrogen, energy, filling stations and sustainable mobility in Germany. 

By implementing the SPICE Cloud Services from our technology partner ic-solution, incoming orders were automated based on AI-based extraction solutions. Cross-solution communication between local services such as SAP and cloud applications is often a challenge. SPICE BPM enables efficient cloud-based order processing and has contributed significantly to the success of the current project. With an impressive dark processing ratio of 83%, SPICE BPM not only optimizes the cloud platform but also integrates seamlessly into on-premises SAP systems. The flexibility and scalability offers long-term competitive advantages and we thank ic-solution for the innovative technology. 

Our comprehensive SAP expertise enables a quick and smooth connection of the local SAP system to the cloud and the subsequent order processing could also be seamlessly integrated into SAP. GOpus' many years of SAP experience and the innovative technology of the ic-solution enabled a great collaboration from which our customer Westphalia was able to benefit.
